Rental Services
Q1: What is the duration of a costume rental?
A1: Standard rental is for 16 hours, with pickup at 12 PM and return by next day 4 AM. Return after 6 PM same day will incur full next-day charges.
Q2: How much does it cost to rent kids' costumes?
A2: Kids' costumes start at ₹300 per day. This includes costumes like fruits, doctor, animals, Santa, and more.
Q3: What are the prices for adult costume rentals?
A3: Adult costume rentals range from ₹500 to ₹2500 per day or more, depending on the costume style and embellishments.
Q4: Do I need to pay a security deposit?
A4: Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit ranging from ₹500-1000 for kids and ₹1000-5000 for adults.
Q5: How do I book costumes?
A5: To book a costume, you must pay a 50% non-refundable advance. The balance plus the security deposit is collected when you pick up the costume.
Q6: Can I inspect the costume before taking it?
A6: Absolutely! Ensure you inspect your costume at pickup and notify us immediately of any issues.
Q7: What happens if I damage the costume?
A7: Damage charges are deducted from your security deposit. Charges vary: stains ₹200-1000, tears ₹300-3000, missing accessories ₹500-2000, full loss is full replacement cost.
Q8: Are there any things I should avoid while using the costume?
A8: Yes, please avoid smoking, eating/drinking, applying makeup on costume, bringing pets near costumes, and making any alterations.
Photography Studio
Q9: Can I use my phone or camera during the photoshoot?
A9: No, personal cameras or phones are not allowed during sessions to ensure privacy and professional quality. Only our photographers will take pictures.
Q10: What are your photography session prices?
A10: Costume try-on sessions start at ₹500 (30 min, 5 photos), studio setup shoots start at ₹3000 (45 min, 15 photos), and kids event shoots start at ₹5000 (1 hour, 25 photos).
Q11: How do I book a photography session?
A11: Booking requires a 50% advance. Please inform us at least 48 hours before for cancellations to avoid fees.
Q12: When will I receive my photos?
A12: Photos are delivered within 7-10 days via WhatsApp or Google Drive.
Payments & Refunds
Q13: What payment methods do you accept?
A13: We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay), and cheques.
Q14: Are advance payments refundable?
A14: No, advance payments for bookings are non-refundable. However, the security deposit is refunded on the same day after inspection when costumes are returned.
Q15: Is delivery available?
A15: Yes, delivery is available within Jodhpur for an additional ₹100-300.
Important Rules
Q16: How should I return the costume?
A16: Costumes must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear acceptable). Report any damage immediately.
Q17: Can I alter or rent out the costume to someone else?
A17: No, alterations and sub-renting are strictly prohibited.
Legal & Privacy
Q18: Where does your business operate legally?
A18: All legal matters and disputes are under the jurisdiction of Jodhpur courts.
Q19: Will you use photographs of me/my children?
A19: Yes, photos may be used for marketing but you have the option to opt out by informing us.
