Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Advance Payments
- 50% advance payments made to confirm costume bookings or photography sessions are strictly non-refundable.
- This advance secures your booking and inventory reservation.
2. Security Deposit Refunds
- Security deposits (Kids: ₹500-1000 | Adults: ₹1000-5000) are fully refundable upon:
- Timely return of costume (within 16-hour rental period)
- Costume returned in same condition received (normal wear accepted)
- Refund processed same day after inspection at our shop
Deductions from Security Deposit:

| Light stains | ₹200-₹500 |
| Heavy/permanent stains | ₹1,000-₹3,000 |
| Minor tears/rips | ₹300-₹800 |
| Major damage | 50-100% of costume value |
| Missing accessories | ₹500-₹2,000 per item |
| Odors (smoke/perfume) | ₹500-₹1,500 |
| Complete loss/theft | 100% replacement cost |
3. Photography Session Refunds

| Less than 24 hours | No refund (advance forfeited) |
| No-show | No refund (full advance forfeited) |
4. No Refund Scenarios
No refunds will be issued for:
- Confirmed bookings cancelled after advance payment
- Costumes picked up and used
- Damage, late returns, or loss (deducted from security deposit)
- Changes in customer plans or event cancellations
- Photography sessions where personal cameras were used (policy violation)
5. Refund Processing
- Same day processing for security deposits (after inspection)
- Cash refunds available at shop during business hours
- UPI/Bank refunds processed within 1-2 working days
- All refunds subject to final inspection and deduction calculations
6. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (₹100-300) are non-refundable even if order is cancelled after dispatch.
7. Special Circumstances
We may issue partial refunds or credits at our discretion for:
- Wrong costume delivered (must notify within 2 hours)
- Studio equipment failure (alternative date preferred)
- Force majeure events (floods, government orders)
