RENTAL SERVICES

 

 Rental Period: 16 Hours

- Pickup: 12 PM 

- Late return after 6 PM = Full next day charge

 

Kids Costumes Start @ ₹300/day

- Fruits, Doctor, Animals, Santa, etc.

- Adult costumes: ₹500-2500/day +

- Security Deposit: Kids ₹500-1000 | Adults ₹1000-5000

 

Booking Process

1. 50% advance to confirm (non-refundable)

2. Balance + deposit at pickup

3. Inspect costume before leaving

 

Damage Charges (from deposit)

- Stains: ₹200-1000

- Tears: ₹300-3000  

- Missing accessories: ₹500-2000

- Full loss: 100% replacement cost

 

Prohibited: Smoking, food, makeup, pets, modifications

PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO

 

NO PERSONAL CAMERAS/PHONES ALLOWED

- Clients/guests cannot use own cameras/smartphones during session

- Only our professional photographers shoot

- Violation = Session ends, no refund

 

Session Pricing

- Costume try-on: ₹500 (30 min, 5 photos)

- Studio Setup: ₹3000+ (45 min, 15 photos)

- Kids event: ₹5000+ (1 hr, 25 photos)

 

Booking

- 50% advance required

- 48 hrs notice for cancellation (or 50% fee)

 

Photos delivered: 7-10 days via WhatsApp/Google Drive

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

 

Accepted: Cash, UPI, Cheque

- No refunds on advance/confirmed bookings

- Security deposit refunded same day after inspection

 

Delivery in Jodhpur: ₹100-300 extra

 

IMPORTANT RULES

 

Do's -

Return costume same condition (normal wear OK)  

Report damage immediately  

dont's -

No alterations/cutting from the client side

No sub-renting to others  

 

Liability: Use at your own risk. We not responsible for injury/loss/theft.
